Attention is also given to the influence of the family environment, the kindergarten environment, their interaction with the child and to projects that can become a tool for health promotion in kindergartens. The aim of the practical part was to find out what parents' and teachers' attitudes towards healthy lifestyles are and whether they lead children to them. This was done through a questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews. The results showed that both parents and kindergarten teachers lead children to a healthy lifestyle and in most cases try to live an active and healthy lifestyle themselves. Title: Effect of healthy lifestyle on clients after spinal cord injury. Aims: The aim of this thesis is to determine the effect of six-month intervention program focused on physical activity and change of eating habits on body composition in a selected group of people after spinal cord injury. Methods: Thesis is empirical-theoretical work based on assessing the impact of interventions at research sample. This is quantitative study focusing on the impact of physical activity on body composition in people with spinal cord injuries. The results were analysed by program Microsoft Excel. Results: We found the following changes: all probands reduced body weight and reduced body fat. There were slightly changes in fat free mass (50 % reduction, 50 % increases) and the average of values of total body water were decreased. The distribution of intracellular and extracellular fluid was nearly in ratio 1 : 1 and the basal metabolism was decreased at 75 % of probands. Conclusion: When we changed the eating habits and physical activity in overweight people after spinal cord injury, we reduced their body fat and body weight after six- month intervention. Tyto faktory vedou ke zhoršení fyziologických funkcí, zatěžování statického a pohybového aparátu člověka a v neposlední řadě ke špatnému psychickému stavu jedince. Klíčová slova škola, snídaně, výživové návyky, obezita u dětí, prevence, vyvážená strava ABSTRACT The issue of children's nutrition in school attendance is still up to date and attracts attention. Nutrition in hospitalized pregnant
KOTKOVÁ, Kateřina
The title of bachelor thesis is Nutrition of Hospitalized Pregnanat Women. The main target was to learn quantitative and qualitative daily nutrition of pregnant women. The theoretical part shortly characterizes pregnancy, describes the changes in the organism of pregnant women, weight gain and nutrition specifics during individual trimestres. The next part focuses on the rules of the right nutrition of pregnant women which concerned the need for energetic nutriment intake, proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals and trace elements. I also dealt with the risky behaviour of mothers-to-be, regarding nutrition. The theoretical part also includes a food pyramid for pregnant women. The practical part was processed using the method of a qualitative research which took place from March 5 to 31 July 2015 and was carried out using the snowball method. The research sample group consisted of 30 respondents, of whom 15 were hospitalized at the Department of Risk Pregnancy in the Hospital České Budějovice, Inc. and 15 dieted at home. During a period of fourteen days, both groups recorded their diets into prepared record sheets. They were entered into the Nutriservis Profesional program, which showed the average intake of energy, proteins, carbohydrates and fats of each of the respondents. I used the data and the BMI to calculate the optimum body weight of each respondent and identified the ideal daily requirement of energetic nutriments, proteins, carbohydrates and fats. I added energy and protein supplement for pregnant women to the result. I compared these values to their average ones from the completed research sheets during the research. I also compared the contents of the diets of hospitalized women and women dieting at home. The research showed that the real energetic nutriment intake, carbohydrates, fats and proteins of the majority of the respondents did not correspond with the calculated ideal values. Hospitalized women had a higher level of energetic nutriment intake, carbohydrates, fats and proteins than that which would correspond with the ideal intake. On the contrary, the average energetic nutriment intake and macronutrients of women dieting at home was decreased.

Nutritional behavior and eating disorders in women of different ages
Cajthamlová, Renata ; Marádová, Eva (advisor) ; Dohnal, Karel (referee)
Theoretical part of this bachelor thesis deals with a nutrition behavior and with a characteristic, treatment and possible prevention of eating disorders. A questionnaire survey forms a practical part. The questionnaire was obtained from 200 women aged 10-50 years. The survey was whether girls and women eat regularly, how much are they interested in the nutrition value of food, what is their attitude to a sport, diets or thinness advertising in the media, also how they look at obesity, whether they have already met with eating disorders and if they know their meaning. The practical part also contains an evaluation of the respondents answers together with comparison in relation to their age. The results of the survey showed for example that women aged 41-50 years eat more regularly than girls aged 10-20 years, women older than 41 years old more often hold weight-loss diets and girls aged 10-20 years most often have regular physical activity.
Catering persons with hypercholesterolemia
CHARYPAROVÁ, Ludmila
My bachelor thesis is called ,,Food for people with hypercholesterolemia", and it focuses on cholesterol intake and its impact on the human body. The main aim of this thesis was to map the diet of people with hypercholesterolemia regarding both, quality and quantity of meals. The first part of this thesis is theoretical. It focuses on the description of basic nutritional components, on the issue of fat and cholesterol in the diet, on the characteristics of hypercholesterolemia disease, its classification, causes of development of this disease, treatment options and prognosis. The risk factors which lead to the hypercholesterolemia disease development, dietary restrictions, and some examples of low cholesterol and low fat diet menus are also mentioned in the first part of thesis. The practical part of this thesis was done as a qualitative and quantitative research. Qualitative research was conducted using the snowball method from February to March. Selected respondents recorded their diet for the period of one week. The diet was recorded in the record sheets which I evaluated after they were filled in and returned back to me. I entered all of the foods mentioned in the diet record sheets into the program ,,Nutriservis Prefesional", which helped me to calculate average intake of energy, fats, cholesterol, proteins and carbohydrates during the reference period. I also submitted questionnaire to examine eating habits, diseases and physical parameters of my respondents. The questionnaire was focused mainly on the frequency and quantity of food with high cholesterol. Then I determined the ideal weight according to BMI index for every respondent and from the ideal weight I calculated the ideal intake of calories, fats, proteins and carbohydrates per day. I compared ideal values of energy, macronutrients and cholesterol of each respondent with average values recorded during the research. The research revealed that most respondents have a diet with larger quantities of cholesterol than the recommended daily dose i.e. 300 mg of cholesterol per day.
